JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim was lodged out of time and that it had been reasonably practicable for the claim to have been lodged within 20 the relevant time limit. REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant has brought a claim of breach of contract relating to the 25 calculation of an enhanced redundancy pay made to her by the respondent. In summary, she alleges that the payment should have been calculated using a pay increase awarded to employees shortly before her dismissal.
