JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that each of the claims (which are claims in respect of unlawful direct race discrimination pursuant to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010) is ill founded and they are dismissed.
REASONS
1. The claimant raised a claim for unlawful direct race discrimination (arguing 30 that there were a number of separate acts of race discrimination). The respondent disputed the claims.
