20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: i) the claimant was disabled within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the relevant times; and ii) the claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and breach of 25 contract are not well founded and are dismissed.
REASONS
1.
