1. By consent the claim for unlawful deductions from wages from the claimant's wages in the period from 25 December 2023 to 24 January 2024 succeeds. By consent the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £839. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
