JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The respondent did not unlawfully discriminate against the claimant on grounds of religion. The claim of discrimination on grounds of religion or belief is dismissed.
2. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction of wages in respect of the failure by the respondent to pay the claimant for induction training as that claim was submitted out of time. The claim is dismissed.
3. The claimant’s remaining claims of unlawful deduction of wages are not well-founded and are dismissed.
