JUDGMENT The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period 19 September 2022 to November 2022. The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,590, which is the net sum deducted. The respondent is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
