JUDGMENT The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claim under the Equality Act 2010 for the protected characteristic of disability, in particular: direct discrimination, discrimination arising from disability, failure to make reasonable adjustments, indirect discrimination and harassment, are not well founded.
