JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL It is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal to dismiss the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal.

REASONS Introduction

1. In these proceedings the claimant claims unfair dismissal. There was a Hearing on the Merits in the case on the 16,17,18 and 25 September 2025. At the Hearing on the Merits the claimant represented herself and the respondents were represented by Mrs Miller, solicitor.

2. At the outset of the Hearing on the Merits the claimant confirmed that her only claim was one of unfair dismissal.
