1. The Claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal on the grounds of public interest disclosure and discrimination arising from disability are dismissed.

2. The Claimant was not provided with written terms and conditions of employment in accordance with s. 1 of the Employment Rights Act and the Respondent was in breach of s. 38 of the Employment Act 2022.
