1. The claimant, Dr Juliet Sim, claimed that the respondent, Highland Health Board (“the Health Board”), had made an unlawful deduction from her wages in relation to her sick pay entitlement; she also sought the determination of her written employment particulars, in particular, in relation to the contractual entitlement to sick pay.
