1. The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal succeeds, and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,523.90 in respect of that.
2. The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds, but deductions from compensation ordered in respect of that are to be made as follows: a. 10% from both the basic award and the compensatory award to reflect the Claimant’s contributory conduct. b. A further 10% from the compensatory award to reflect the Claimant’s failure to appeal against her dismissal.
