JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims fail, 30 and are dismissed.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 11 August 35 2023 in which she complained that she had been unlawfully deprived of notice pay, holiday pay, arrears of pay and “other payments”.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 in which they resisted the claimant’s claims.
