JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that:  The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds. The respondent is 25 ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £12,194.30 by way of compensation.  The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 do not apply to this award.
