JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the tribunal is that: 1) The claim for unfair dismissal not being well founded is dismissed. 2) The claims for direct sex discrimination not being well founded are dismissed. 3) The claims for harassment under Section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 not being well founded are dismissed.
