20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL

1. The claimant was not directly discriminated against, harassed or victimised;

2. No unlawful deduction was made from wages in respect of the respondent’s non-payment of a bonus to him in July 2024;

3. The respondent did not breach the claimant’s contract at common law in 25 respect of its non-payment of a bonus to him in July 2024; and
