20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant is not undertaking and has not undertaken like work as her comparator in terms of section 65(1)(a) of the Equality Act 2010; accordingly that part of the claim is dismissed.
REASONS 25 Introduction
1. The claimant brings an equal pay claim against the respondent. Her comparator is Greig Blayney. The claimant says her work was like Mr Blayney’s work, failing which, that it was work of equal value to his.
2. The issue to be determined at this hearing was whether from September 2016 30 the claimant’s work was like Mr Blayney’s work as set out in section 65 of the Equality Act 2010 (the EqA).
